20050609:I2 vs commodity SJose -> UAF



Hi Jim et al,


SJSU is NOT and I2 site...that is the problem.

Would you like for me to secure an I2 for the CONDUIT feed, it would
probably decrease any latencies...

It would probably be U of Washington.. I2 peers with Pacific Northwest.

...if ok with U of W.

I think that is the best solution..thoughts?
