20040628: Kansas feed -> private



Hi Donna,

What data were you planning on feeding this company...?

That would make a difference.

For example, absolutely no propriatary data ( NLDN, PCWS [acars], point to
point stuff [GEM, FNMOC], and there are issues with level II radar data as
well..

Maybe you can give us a bit more info and we can let you know how our
guidelines/policies may come into play.
