20031014:new LDM notify up and downstream hosts/feeds

Good Morning Tony,

If the name "ldmfeed.mscd.edu" is truly temporary, you may want to use the
IP instead, this may save editing .conf file twice.

I would look through your ldmd.conf and notify any and all that feed from
you and that you feed from. Please let me know if you need any contact
info that cannot be found at:

http://my.unidata.ucar.edu/content/software/idd/sitelist.html

If the number of feeds is large, you can post to ldm-users, but I would
contact all individually to make sure they get the message...do not want
to be missing data (albeit during a benign ridge in the West)..;)

Cheers,

Jeff
