NOGAPS Feed

Hi Phil, 

We have a site in Florida that would like to begin ingesting the NOGAPS
feed.

Site Info:

 - Site Name: Center for Ocean-Atmospheric Prediction Studies (COAPS),

So if we could place an:

ALLOW FNMOC rainbow.coaps.fsu.edu

in your ldmd.conf that would be great!

usgodae3.fnmoc.navy.mil

so point your request there if Phil OK's the feed..
