20020214: 20020214: Canadian GEM model (fwd)

Anne-Marie,

The 00Z data was inserted using the GEM (aka CMC feedtype). This
will make it much easier for receiving sites to identify
the data as well as create their processing actions.

Since you enabled motherlode.ucar.edu for your security, we can
add that pattern to your ldmd.conf "allow" lines. Note that this is
in the .ucar.edu domain, instead of shemp which is in unidata.ucar.edu
so the default allow action in ldmd.conf does does not allow me to
connect from that machine. We would probably prefer to
connect from motherlode since that machine is on UPS and has 24x7
support.

I will contact Tim Alberta at COMET to set up their reception
of the data.

Thanks,

Steve Chiswell
