[GEMPAK #LUO-186597]: GemPak dbiint fault



Also I use LLMXGD = 1500000, which is the default for GEMPAK7. Can you tell me 
why you needed to increase it to 2000000? And did you increase in the 
appropriate Makeinc.$NA_OS file as well as gemprm.h?
