[GEMPAK #AZF-499449]: snow-leopard build -- 32 and 64-bit issues

Hi Neil,

It appears that netcdf was built as 64bit but it's trying to link as 32. I 
would first try adding "-m64" to COPT in your Makeinc.darwin and try the build 
again - if that fails try adding "-arch x86_64 -m64" instead.  This should 
force the build of 64 bit binaries and hopefully the linking conflict will be 
resolved.
