[GEMPAK #KZF-431851]: GDPOINT: WInd speed consistently 1/2 chart value

Mark,

I believe the issue here is that the gridded data are in knots while GDPOINT 
automatically converts them to meters per second, the conversion is roughly 
2-to-1.  To plot in unit knots use GFUNC = kntv(wnd)
