[GEMPAK #OUO-432875]: garp crashing on save after a clear or reset



Hi Neil,

I'm not certain if a source build over binary build will give you less problems 
with garp crashing, but it would be worth trying.  I'm here to help with the 
source install if you can forward me whatever build errors you receive.  If you 
have a make.out file that contains the build messages send it along and we'll 
make it work.
