Art,
I posted just the source code directory for dcgrib2 at:
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/gempak/nawips-5.9.3/source/dcgrib2.tar.gz
(there is no directory tree in the tarfile, so you can unpack it in a clean
directory
for your mods).
You will notice a reorganization in dcggrib.c to fix a problem increasing
the maximum grid size (for the 5.9.4 release).
