20051230: Gempak - GPFRONT broken in 5.9.1?



Jim,

The changes to gpfront were actually several versions back based on a user's
needs according to the size of the frontal segments broadcast by NWS. However,
the NWS segments are varying in size too much for that change.

I'll modify the routine for standardized view cordinates and clean up the 
plotting.
