20051024: GEMPAK: sfcntr problem



Brendon,

The Barnes analysis routines in OABSFC were changed by NCEP to allow
bounds blocking, so the call to OA_BARN in sfcntr.f had to be
updated for the change in parameters being passed, so the 5.8.3a binary you
have is not correct. 

I can send you an updated sfcntr binary in a separate email attachment.
