20050823: acars gempak decoding



Brian,

You are using a very old version of the decoder. The NetCDF format of the
ACARS data has changed many times since the 5.6.F version you are using.

The current version of dcacars distributed with GEMPAK 5.8.3a is compatible 
with the NetCDF CDL being used by FSL at this time.
