20050708: Manual decoding with dcwarn decoder?



Mark,

All products to be decoded will need wither AFOS or FOS product delimeters.
The decoders need to know where a bulletin starts and stops in a data stream.
The easiest way to do this is to use the AFOS "ZCZC" and "NNNN" delimeters
if your data stream is not capable of delivering the data as bulletins
with FOS stylewrappers.
