20050627: 20050620: Precipitation in GEMPAK file



Belle,

The number of grid times is set by default to 1000. 
Each forecast hour for every model run time would be accounted for
in that 1000.

To build Linux with array sizes set for local data sets, you need
gcc/g77 and openmotif (which can be obtained as an RPM).
The locations for the X11 and Motif libraries is configurable at
build time through the $CONFIGDIR/Makeinc.linux.
