20050319: 20050311: standardizing color in gdplot



Claudia,

Yes, the color "0" will be a blank fill. Using the first color as "0"
will have all values below your first interval blank, such as the precip plot
shown at:
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu 
for the "GEMPKA/wseta display image.
