portal login/download trouble

Greetings,

I have been having trouble downloading GEMPAK 5.7.4 from the Unidata web site. 
It never accepts the contact information I enter, no matter how thorough it is 
completed.

Is there an alternate site, or an easy fix? I have tried to update my contact 
information from several browsers on a few different operating systems.
