20041028: GDBIINT syntax

Robert,

In the documentation for GDBIINT (phelp gdbiint):
        If GDNUM is ALL, all grids from the input file will be
        interpolated to the output file. Otherwise, the single grid
        specified by GFUNC, GDATTIM, GLEVEL and GVCORD will
        be interpolated.

This means that you can either specify GDNUM=all, or  a single grid.
Use of "all" in glevel, gvcord, gdattim, or glevel is not supported.

Two ways you can store only F000 grids in a file (for later
interpolation) are:

1) When decoding data into the grid 236 files, use the FFF template to
decode your RUC data into seperate hourly files. This template is
supported by the $GEMTBL/config/datatype.tbl alias for GUI and program
use as well.

2) use GDMOD to copy all f000 grids to a new file. The use of "all" is
specially supported by GDMOD as shown in the online help.
