20040708: Shapefile conversion

Mike,

I have attatched the catawba mapfile I converted from your
shape file. The lat/lon file you have is fine. What you do
want to avoid is files in UTM coordinates since ssfgsf knows nothing
about that coordinate system.

I had modified the output format in $GEMPAK/source/cgemlib/shp/shpwssfr.c
line 64, eg:
/*fprintf ( fpout, "%9.3f%9.3f%9.3f%9.3f",*/
        fprintf ( fpout, "%11.5f%11.5f%11.5f%11.5f",
for more precision in the lat/lon output for the street level files
for 5 decimal places instead of 3. This format does not match
that of the input FORMAT in ssfgsf.f. Thus, you would need to
either revert my mod in the above cgemlib/shp routine,
or update the ssfgsf.f routine (Instead, I believe that I'll
provide a format independent read in ssfgsf.f in the next distribution).
