20040430: Solaris x86 build of GEMPAK

Robert,

I'm still packaging up tarfiles Takes time to compress 540MB,
so it wasn't done when I left the office yesterday. I haven't officially
sent out the release announcement yet....try to do releases at 4:59PM on
Friday's per Tom Y's philosophy.

The Sol_gcc stuff will be the same as x86_gcc, so the only
real thing to do is port the include/*sol_gcc configuration to x86.
I can do that.

The HPUX gcc was an attempt to work around some broken HP stuff. Didn't
make a difference there and had to go a different route.
