20031016: nagrib issues

Seth,

You created the gempak grid file testme.gem using the projection #105.
Then you later ran thr program with cpyfil=gds, which should work,
but you may not have deleted the previously created file.

I suggest you run NAGRIB with GDOUTF=list to verify the grid projection and
parameter information out to the screed if you don't have success after 
removing 
the previously created testme.gem file.

If you still are having trouble, set GBDIAG=all and send me the output.
