20030923: Missing RUC grid files

Patrick,

If you set TAXIS and YAXIS to fix the plotting range, you can run the
program twice to plot the two segments of the forecast times available
in the extended RUC2 runs, 1) f000-f003-1 2) f003-f012-3.

Eg:
 GPOINT   = dsm
 GDATTIM  = f000-f003-1
 GLEVEL   = 0
 GVCORD   = none
 GFUNC    = vsby
 GDFILE   = ruc2|030923/1800
 PTYPE    = lin
 TAXIS    = 23/1800-24/0600
 YAXIS    = 0/35/5
 SCALE    = -3
 CLEAR    = yes
etc.
 GEMPAK-GDTSER>r

 CLEAR    = n
 GDATTIM  = f003-f012-3
 GEMPAK-GDTSER>r
