20030113: QRAI and QCLD Parameters



James,

The parameters you mention are not from the WMO or NCEP defined tables
in $GEMTBL/grid. The tables such as wmogrib2.tbl and ncepgrib2.tbl
define the parameters defined in grib.

My assumption is that your group is creating its own parameters,
and so you will have to determine what your definitions of
parameters are.
