20020710: ingesting storm reports



Donna,

The storm reports moved from WWUS60 KMKC to
NWUS20 and NWUS22 KWNS.

What is in WWUS60 now is not recognized by dcstorm. Those are
watch issuances. The dcstorm code will also have trouble with the
NWUS2[02] products becuase the pattern is hardcoded to look
for WWUS60.

I will have to put an updated tar file on the ftp server for you.
It will be in the old gbuddy ftp account under nawips-5.6/patches.
Do you want source or binary?
