updated NWS shapefiles

Subject: Update to Shapefiles on NOAA1 - Public Forecast Zones PSR, - Marine 
Zones MKX

AWIPS shapefiles for Public Forecast Zones and Marine Zones have been
updated and loaded onto NOAA1 pub/maps for field site access.

The specific changes to the data sets are noted below.  The site(s)
directly impacted by these updates are noted below  Other sites do not
need to download the new data unless they provide backup to one of the
sites or just want the latest data.

The AWIPS GIS Map Group (AGMG) AMDC has been Updated.  The new
shapefiles can be found at http://isl715.nws.noaa.gov/mapdata/newcat.

Public Forecast Zone name for CA zone 030 in PSR corrected to be "Joshua
Tree National Park"

mz15ja02.*

Marine zone names in MKX modified to be:

LMZ643  NEARSHORE WATERS AROUND SHEBOYGAN TO PORT WASHINGTON...
LMZ644  NEARSHORE WATERS BY PORT WASHINGTON TO NORTH POINT LIGHTHOUSE...

LMZ645  NEARSHORE WATERS FROM NORTH POINT LIGHTHOUSE TO WIND POINT...
LMZ646  NEARSHORE WATERS FROM WIND POINT TO WINTHROP HARBOR ILLINOIS...
LMZ665  WISCONSIN ADJACENT OPEN WATERS OF LAKE MICHIGAN TO MID LAKE...

Subject: Modified Roads data

I have modified the name field of the previously announced interstates
shapefile to shorten the names for better plotting on AWIPS.  The names
have been changed as follows:

Interstate --> I-
US Route --> US
State Route --> SR
Alternate --> Alt
Bypass -->Bp
Business --> Bus

I have left the old shapefile alone in pub/maps.  The new shapefile is
in011501.*.
