20011130: 20011120: Gempak Program: GPLABEL

Patrick,

I expanded the STNPLT capabilities in 5.6.E.1. from:
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/gempak/GEMPAK5.6/whats_new.html#5.6E

Added ability to plot any station table column in STNPLT
(instead of just station ID) by specifying the column number preceeded
by '#' following the station table name:

  STNPLT
  text color/text attributes | marker attributes | stnfile#stntbl_column
