The entry you show below should work. Make sure you have
run "ldmadmin pqactcheck" to make sure you don't have typos,
then run "ldmadmin pqactHUP" to make pqact reread the table.
Perhaps you didn't do that.

Also, you can list out the raw "undecoded" metars from SFLIST like:
