Robert,
The calling sequence to the gplt routine "gtextc" changed, so the gprcm routine
radar_info.c needs to be updated:
On line 138, remove the &ijust parameter from the call, eg the line should be:
gtextc(sys,&x,&y,plotstr,&rotat,&ixoff,&iyoff,&iret,
