20010510: RADAR Summary from REDBOOK



Robert,

The locations of the titles are in the data. You could use the product
generator in NMAP2 to edit the vgf file- eg move a label, if you wanted
to make something for a "publication". Otherwise, there is no way to change
the location of the coordinates in the data.
