I assumed you were the point of contact for NCDC.
Would you like to coordinate GEMPAK access with this 
person. The download information remains the same as with 5.4.

the account and password provided to your site.

The distribution is located in the nawips-5.6 directory.
The distribution is provided in the form of a compressed tar file (gzip).
