20001002: Climate related products



Glenn,

Your product below has that CCB jammed in on the front of it. 
Do your other nwx bulletins have that...and work?

Otherwise, the file name doesn't have an extension. The master.tbl
file I sent out was expecting an extension of _sao.wmo.

If nwx isn't finding the file, make sure that it can find the file (and 
extension).
If nwx can't find a bulletin because the control characters aren't
as expected, then things won't work.
