Tim,

I'm rebuilding X86 and Linux for binaries right now. I should have them posted
by tomorrow morning, as well as a completely patched distribution tar file.

The new release will have these features...I developed them there first
and back ported to the current 5.4 release.

The main thing that needs work at present for a 5.5 release is documentation
(User Guide) and web tutorial etc. Hopefully soon. I may have to make the
release without a UserGuide from NCEP if users can get by with online
documentation in order to get the release sooner.
