20000627: GEMPAK Y2K bug and NSHARP



Bill,

The latest version is patched through Patch #16 and
has the Y2K patches applied. It also contains nsharp
in the $NAWIPS/nprogs directory. If you don't have
nsharp, then you probably don't have the Y2K patches either.
Let me know.
