If you want to copy the 10m U and V to the 2m level, then:
GLEVEL = 10
GVCORD = hght
gfunc = urel
grdnam = urel@2
r
gfunc = vrel
grdnam = vrel@2
I know that its not really what you want to do, but it probably is OK
synoptically
if not for the log linear law with Von Karmen in the boundary layer.
