Server4 test server

Hi,

Several people have asked if there are any public sites running  
server4. I have one running in my office at http://comet.opendap.org: 
8080/opendap/. The link http://comet.opendap.org:8080/opendap/s4/  
puts you at the top of the data root.

At this time I have only the netcdf and freeform data working; we  
will have the hdf4 handler setup once we figure out how to get it to  
work along side the netcdf handler.

There are some known problems: http://scm.opendap.org:8090/trac/query? 
status=new&status=assigned&status=reopened&group=milestone&component=ser 
ver4&order=priority
