Re: Matlab loaddods replacement

There's a new version called loaddap available on the opendap.org web site. I'm adding Dan Holloway to the CC list of this message because he will know better if there's some reason you should stick with loaddods or upgrade to the newer version. The primary difference is that loaddap uses matlab structure variables where as the older loaddods did not. Some data sources, such as those from HDF files, may look very different. The upside is that some data sources that didn't work very well with the older client do with the newer one.

Hello,

I'm maintaining some Matlab scripts which use 'loaddods' for reading
data from OPeNDAP URLs. Is there a more modern replacement that I
should be using instead? Where can I find it?

Thanks in advance,
Mike
