Hiya,
I looked at your data file, we don't have a parameter table for center 32,
subcenter 0, version 1.
according to NCEP tables it's center 32 Tashkent (RSMC)
could you contact the data provider to get the parameter table or find out what
table needs to be use to decode the data then I could add it to the list.
