build.xml should be in the top dir of the bufr dist, if it's not let me
know cuz that's a mistake.

But I don't have anything to wrap everything up in and I wanted to do it the
same way you did.
I'm assuming you have a "build.xml" to use with ant.
If you could forward that along, that would save me some time.
