[Datastream #PEE-500856]: Possible way to access GOES-14 data

We have not setup access to GOES-14 imagery mainly because the satellite
is not operational, so it only scans when it is activated for routine
testing and special rapid scanning surveillance.

NB: we will be making GOES-16 imagery available and GLM and space weather
products available as soon as the satellite assumes is role as GOES-East
in early December.

I'm curious as to what your use case is for GOES-14 imagery, are you willing
to share what you want to do with it?
