[Datastream #PPX-229889]: goes-west server is down

No.  We have made no changes to the GOES-West server recently, so you
not being able to access it is very strange.  We access the machine
from a VM instance in Amazon Web Services (AWS) multiple times an hour
(to create the sectors we distribute in the Unidata-Wisconsin IDD
feed (UNIWISC), and it has not had any problems accessing the server
in a _long_ time.

Can you give us more details on what you are seeing?
