Hello Nathan,
I have spent a few hours going through storage, to no avail ;(
There are a couple more places still left to look, and I am going to reach out
to our community to see if somebody can make it available on-line. That may be
quicker than me digging through storage....I know we shipped many CD's of that
storm.
