[LDM #VST-440496]: NLDN timing

Very good.  The comparisons have to be made with the understanding that
what is being reported in each datastream is slightly different, meaning
that one is for flashes and multiplicity (NLDN) and one is for strokes
(NAPLN).  The number and timing of events will, therefore, be different.
