[Datastream #XOM-655184]: Radar question

Sorry for the slow response... I was in Brazil until last Friday, and
then I took the weekend off.

I agree that there should be more information provided back to the user
when the bzip2 data is bad.  I will look into what is needed on the
server side to accomplish this.
