Unfortunately, the National Weather Service does not included all of the
observations that are available in the GTS in its NOAAPort broadcast.  We
have contacted them before with requests to add user-requested stations, but
we have not (yet) been able to get them to affect a change.  I assume that
LELO is one of the stations that is not being included in the list of
stations being broadcast...
