Your best bet is to check out the National Climatic Data Center (NCDC):

http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/oa/ncdc.html

The other option is to send a note to the needdata@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
email list asking if any of the community members that are subscribed
to the list have the data you are seeking.

Please note that you must be subscribed to the email list you want
to post to before you can post.  You can (un)subscribe to the needdata
or other lists that Unidata maintains online at:
