[Datastream #HCU-295985]: request for FNMOC data additions

The terrain height is already in the feed, its file pattern is:

US058GLND-GR1mdl.0058_0240_00000F0RL2009051200_0001_000000-000000terr_ht

The 1/4 degree SST's only come out once a day as initialization for the 12Z:

I have requested that it be added to the IDD stream but have yet to hear back 
on this one. Once we hear something we will inform you. I wanted to inform you 
that the terrain height is already in the stream, and we expect the 1/4 degree
SST's soon.
