It would depend greatly on the nature of the question :)

If you need access to real-time NWS data, we can help.

If you desire ways to visualize the data, we can help.

Questions about the quality of the data would need to be brought up with the NWS, archived data ~should be at NCDC:

http://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/oa/ncdc.html

There is also a "West Texas Mesonet":

http://www.mesonet.ttu.edu/

..that I suspect would be very useful, and would have additional data than what the NWS provides.
