[Datastream #KPS-212425]: TDWR data via LDM or NOAAport?

There is always a chance.  The appropriate way to approach this topic is
to send a request for the distribution of the data to the Unidata Users
Committee <usercomm@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>.
