Electrical work is still in progress in our computer room.  Systems are
still down, and we have no estimate yet of the time for completion.  We
will send an update when we have more news.

ESRL/GSD computer room power work is completed.
We started bringing systems up as of 12 Z, 9/12/07.
Most data returned to service by 15 Z, we are still
working on HPCS to get RUC data back online.
