A Regional Critical Weather Day (CWD) has been declared for Southern,
Central, and Eastern Regions from 0000 UTC (1900 EST) Saturday January
13, 2007 through 1200 UTC (0700 EST) Tuesday January 16, 2007. The CWD
has been declared due moderate to heavy ice accumulation over the
central and southern plains, and moderate to heavy snow accumulation
stretching from Iowa east through New England.
